Mary P. Pardo, 82, of Sterling Heights Retirement Community of Bethlehem, PA, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on September 21st, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Martin and Elizabeth Pavolko of the Southside of Bethlehem. She was the loving wife for 53 years of the late Charles Pardo who died August 28th, 2008.

Mary was a member of St. Annes Catholic Church. She was a member of the St. Annes Sodality and served as a past officer. She was past member of the 55 Plus Club. She was a charter member of Silver Creek Country Club and member of the Catholic Sokols. After raising their family of six children - Mary and Charlie were avid travelers. Mary enjoyed and remembered vividly each of those travels. She also enjoyed her Ethnic Holiday Traditions passed down with her family at Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and New Years. Mary enjoyed playing Pinochle with her family (especially the grandchildren), swimming and most of all being a grandmother and great-grandmother. Her greatest legacy and gift to her family was instilling a strong Faith filled devotional life to God and the Most Blessed Mother Mary.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Charles J. Pardo (Tamara) of Indiana, Marirose Billheimer (Thomas) of North Carolina, Suzanne Nehilla of Tennessee, Charlotte Franz (Peter) of Bethlehem, Nancy Albinger (Ray) of Florida and Bethanne Doyle (Morey) of Florida; Brother Michael Pavolko (Debbie); grandchildren, Andrew Franz (Melissa), Mark Franz (Jennifer), Melissa Cox (Nathan), Thomas Billheimer (Mary), Elizabeth Glaesemann (Ben), Sherri Donovan (Christopher), Christi Banham (Jeffrey), Trey, Charles and Maximillan Albinger, Molly Ann, Madison Ann and Charlianne Marie Pardo, Mary Margaret and Sarah Doyle; great-grandchildren Brayden and Connor Donovan and Greyson Franz. Mary was preceded in death by her brothers; Joseph Pavolko, Martin Pavolko and sister Elizabeth Dieter.

A viewing will be held Sunday evening, September 25th, from 6pm - 7:45pm with a Rosary Service and words of remembrance to start at 7:45 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad Street. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. on September 26th, at St. Annes Catholic Church, 450 E. Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18017. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Annes Catholic Church.
