Mary V. Moyer

Mary V. Moyer, 97, of Milford, DE, formerly of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Saturday October 20, 2018 at the Milford Memorial Hospital. She was a resident of Milford Place Assisted Living since April of 2018. She was born in Bethlehem, daughter of the late Valentine and Mary (Boldizar) Bauer. She was the wife of the late Richard H. Moyer. Mary worked as a sales clerk for the former Two Guys of Harrison for 15 years and prior to that at the former Hess Brothers Department Store for 10 years retiring in 1982. She was a former member of the Autumn Club of Bethlehem Township.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Anne Marie Marth and husband Michael of Milford, DE, grandaughter Jessica,wife of Matthew Reed, and 3 great grandchildren, Caitlin, Connor and Addison. She was predeceased by a grandson, Timothy Marth, a brother John Bauer and sisters, Elizabeth Bauer, Anna Bauer, Rose Doddy and Sister M Norbert.

A viewing will be held 7-9pm on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA. A prayer service will be held 9:30am Thursday at the Connell Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, First St. Bethlehem, PA 18020. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
