Matilda Morales

Matilda “Maty” Morales, 59, of Bethlehem, died on January 11, 2014; surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 18, 1954 in Arecibo; daughter of Miguel and Josephina Morales. Matilde is the devoted wife to Victor M. Rosado.

Matilda worked as a laborer for B. Braun Medical, Inc. She was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Matilda will be dearly missed by her husband, Victor; daughter, Debra Morales and son, Edwin Morales as well as her sister, Awilda Silver and five grandchildren; predeceased by brother, Michael Morales Jr.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday Jan. 15 from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Connell Funeral Home245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 and again on Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Holy Infancy Catholic Church 312 E. 4th St. Bethlehem, PA 18015. Interment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
