Matthew S. Galucy

Matthew S. Galucy, 48, of Bethlehem, passed unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. He was born in Allentown on October 2, 1970; son of Mary Ann (Fortley) Galucy and the late Anthony Robert Galucy. Matt was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. He was employed at Ahart's Market, Bethlehem.

Matt will be forever remembered as a kind person with a smile that would light up a room. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. Matt was loved by his family and he had a special bond with his niece and nephews. He was an avid horror movie fan. Matt enjoyed going to conventions and autograph shows. His favorite show was The Walking Dead.

Matt will be dearly missed by his mother, Mary Ann; brother, Michael Galucy and Jennifer Chahine; as well as his niece and nephews, Mike Jr., Alyssa, and Anthony; his extended family, friends and his beloved pets.

The family will receive guests at The Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow.
