May C. Farkas

May C. Farkas, 80, of Bethlehem died peacefully Friday, June 27, 2008 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice, surrounded by her family after a short illness. Born May 4, 1928 in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Russell and Elsie Vargo Messinger.

May worked as a waitress most notably at the College Inn and Bethlehem Luncheonette. She was a Lutheran.

May will be lovingly remembered by her sons; Anthony Farkas and wife Gail of Sunrise FL, Alan Farkas and wife Sandy of Emmaus, Kevin Farkas and wife Jsea of Seemsville, Barry Farkas and wife Tracy of Mesa, AZ, and Scott Farkas of Bethlehem, brother Russell and wife Lillian of Bethlehem, sister, Ellen Andrews of Bethlehem, 12 grandchildren one great granddaughter, and by her devoted companion Tom Durst of Bethlehem.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements
