Michael Andre Wanuga

Michael Andre Wanuga, 62, of Bethlehem died Tuesday November 11, 2008 at his residence. He was born November 15, 1945 in McAdoo, Pa. son of the late Michael and Anna Patskan Wanuga.

Michael worked as a research analyst for Bethlehem Steel for 33 years retiring in August 2001. He also served his country as a military policeman in the National Guard. He was a member of the American Legion Fullerton Post, Independent Citizens Club, Roosevelt Democratic Club and the Grover Cleveland Democratic Association. Michael graduated from Hazelton High School. He loved Penn State and Steelers football and his dog Holly and cat Ripley.

He will be lovingly remembered by his fiance of the last 11years, Brenda Grande of Bethlehem, many cousins, nieces, and nephews, Christopher , Jeremy and Kelly Grande, beloved friends, Charles Jackson, Lynn Walsh, and Bill Venninger.

He was predeceased by his wife Mary Ann Wanuga.

Calling Hours will be held on Friday November 14, 2008 from 6-8PM and Saturday November 15, 2008 from 2-4PM at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018

A Memorial Service will be held Monday November 17, 2008

11AM at the Damiano Funeral Home McAddo, Pa. Calling hour from 10-11AM at the funeral home.
