Michael J. Ozimek

Michael J. Ozimek, Sr., 96, of Bethlehem, passed away on October 16, 2017. He was the son of the late Anna (Mahalitz) and Joseph Ozimek. He was the husband of the late Rose Marie (Sennetti) Ozimek.

Michael proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during WWII. He worked in the Beam Yards at the Bethlehem Steel for over 40 years, retiring as a foreman. He was a former member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church. Michael was very proud of his Polish Heritage. He enjoyed fishing and fixing things around the house.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Judy Hager, JoAnne Stahl (Barry), Michaelle Luther and Mark Ozimek (Vickie); nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren. Michael was preceded in death by his son, Michael Ozimek, Jr.; sons-in-law, Gary Hager and Steve Luther; and two brothers and two sisters.
