Michael J. Ozimek, Jr.

Michael J. Ozimek, Jr. Uncle Mike, while surrounded by his family went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 14, 2011. Mike knew death was not the end, but a new beginning. Born on May 3, 1955, he was the son of Michael J. Ozimek, Sr. and the late Rose Sennetti Ozimek.

He is survived by his father, brother, Mark S. Ozimek, sisters, Judy Hager, Michaelle wife of Steve Luther, and JoAnne wife of Barry Stahl and many nieces and nephews.

Mike was a gentle soul with a loving heart and will be missed by his family and friends, Julio, John, Trina, Pat, and Patty, and others too numerous to mention.

Before Mike's illness he was an over the road truck driver and later worked in home construction throughout the Lehigh Valley. He enjoyed camping at Lake Wallenpaupak and Promised Land. He had a funny sense of humor and enjoyed playing Santa at Christmas.

Services are entrusted to the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018 and will be 11AM on Monday September 19, 2011. A viewing will be from 9:30AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
