Michael Maurer

Michael Maurer, 80, passed away on February 9, 2017 at St. Lukes Hospital. He was the husband of Suzanne (Toth) Maurer. They would have celebrated 60 years of marriage on October 19, 2017. Michael proudly served his country as a member of the Pa. National Guard for 6 years. He was employed by Bethlehem Steel Co. for 20 years, then worked with his brother George at Maurer Stonemason Co. until he retired.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Suzanne, son Michael and his wife Erin, daughter, Lori and her husband Randall Fritz, grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jennifer and John, also 4 surviving siblings, Edward, Anton, Gretel and Veronica.

Friends and family are invited to Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. for visitation and viewing from 7p.m. to 9p.m. on Thursday, February 16th. Funeral services will be held at Connell Funeral Home at 11a.m. Friday, February 17th. Calling hours preceding services 10a.m. to 11a.m.
