Michael Molnar

Michael L. Molnar, 82, of Bethlehem, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He was born May 11, 1928 in Jessup, PA; the son of the late Andrew J. and Eva Maksiniak Molnar.

Michael is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, Julia Mikitka Molnar.

He proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps during WWII. Michael retired from the Bethlehem Steel Company in 1998 after 44 years of service in the Ingot Mold Department.

Michael was a parishioner of Ss Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Julia; his daughter Sandra M. Pascoe and his grandchildren Barry and Michelle Pascoe all of Bethlehem. Michael is also survived by his sisters, Martha Yencho of Bethlehem; Mildred Scrak of Bethlehem; Rosemarie Kleppinger of Atlanta and Anna Molnar of Bethlehem.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandson, Bryan Pascoe; his sisters, Olga Yandrisovitz and Irene Wasilick; his brother John Beginnes and his son-in-law Ralph Pascoe.

The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, July 10, 2010 from 8-9 AM with Panachida to begin at 9 AM at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18017.

Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 10 AM at Ss Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church 1140 Johnston Dr., Bethlehem, PA 18017.

Interment will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
