Michael P. Kapustic

Michael P. Kapustic, 68, of Catasauqua, died on March 3, 2021. He was born in Allentown on September 12, 1952; son of the late Alexander and Lorraine (Heimbach) Kapustic.

He will be dearly missed by his wife of 48 years, Denise A. (Peters) Kapustic; daughter, Sheri Miltenberger and husband, Matthew; and the joys of his life, his granddaughters, Emily and Aubrey.

Mike will be forever remembered as a hard-working, kind, and selfless man. His fun personality and sense of humor made him easy to love. Mike was a devoted husband, a proud father, and adoring pop-pop.

He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Mike enjoyed his time as a taxi-driver with Quick Service. He knew every street and all of the shortcuts from his 40 years of service. He was a personal GPS.

Mike enjoyed spending his retirement babysitting and playing with his granddaughters. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, and watching baseball and football. Mike was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Phillies fan.

His laughter was contagious and he will always be remembered as the “Life of the party”.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 12-2 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. With a service to follow in the funeral home. Upon entry, masks and social distancing will be required. A limited number of guests will be permitted inside the building at one time.
