Migdalia Rodriguez

Migdalia Rodriguez, 68, of Bethlehem, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 in her home. Born in Puerto Rico she was the daughter of the late Octavia (Morales) Vazquez and Santos Rodriguez. She was eternally married to her late husband, Angel Rodriguez.

Migdalia worked at Manor Care Nursing Home in Bethlehem as a CNA for 26 years. She was the backbone of her family who was always willing to help. Migdalia was an amazing woman with a heart of gold and will be extremely missed by all those who knew her.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Gwendolyn Rico and Migdalia wife of Michael Lewis, brother, Jose I. Vazquez, Sr., sister, Carmen L. Rodriguez, grandchildren, Aurelio “Papo” Rodriguez, Michael B. Rodriguez, Nicole Rodriguez, DOndra Dominguez, Tahlia S. Mack, Mark G. Cora, Quaan S. White, Jr., Destiny A.O. White, Jessenia L. Rico, Octavia E.M. Rodriguez, Daeja R. Lewis, Samantha L. Lewis, Nadya Z. Lewis, Anthony M. Lewis, and Qiana C. Lewis, 26 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Migdalia was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Rico.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-9 p.m. and again Friday morning from 9-10 a.m. followed by service at 10 a.m. Due to the ongoing pandemic numbers will be limited, masks must be worn for entry and social distancing be practiced.
