Miguel Angel Core

Miguel Angel Core, 80, of Bethlehem, passed away on July 26, 2022 at his residence. He was the husband of Nereida (Rodriguez) Core. Miguel was born on March 23, 1942 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico to the late Carmelo and Ana (Rodriguez) Core. He worked as a self-employed Auto Mechanic for many years and also was a Handyman that could fix anything. Miguel was a member of Iglesia Evangelica Hispana Luz Y Verded, Bethlehem.

Survivors: In addition to his wife of 58 years; children: Fermin (Noemi) Reyes of Bethlehem, Doris G. (Pablo) Rios of Allentown, Sandra (Eddie) Gonzalez of Port St. Lucie, FL; siblings: Angel L. (Joana) Core of Bayamon, Puerto, Carmelo Core of Syracuse, NY, Jesus Core of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Lydia E. Core of Tampa, FL; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. Predeceased by daughter: Noemi Rosa; many siblings.

Service: Family and friends are invited to call 12-2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Iglesia Evangelica Hispana Luz Y Verded, 650 Buchanan Street - Bethlehem, PA 18015 followed by a service at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Pedro Hernandez officiating. The interment will be held privately.
