Muriel E. Brown

Muriel E. Brown, 95, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, April 16, 2015. She was born in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Grant) Mulrain. She was the loving wife of Donald A. Brown, Sr. who died in 1991. She was a parishioner of Assumption BVM in Colesville.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Gail, wife of Harold L. Kahn, Jr., Lynn, wife of Joseph J. Monek, Jr. and Donna Lorah; brother, Charles Mulrain; her 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sons, David G. and Donald A. Brown, Jr.; and siblings, Helen Weber and Peter Mulrain.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Assumption BVM, 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Colesville, PA 18015. Viewing from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery of Hellertown.

Memorials may be made to the Phoebe Home or the church.
