Nancy Anastasia Junda

May 15, 1961 — January 7, 2022

Nancy Anastasia Junda, 60, of Danielsville, PA, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

Born May 15, 1961, in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, she was the daughter of Lily (Gousseff) and the late John Wadiak.

A graduate of Colonia High School Class of 1979, Nancy went on to earn a bachelors degree, in biology, from Kean University.

One of her loves was dancing, and at the age of 9, Nancy joined Glinka Russian Folk-dance group. A semi-professional group, she performed all over the East Coast for many years.

Nancy took joy in traveling and shopping. You could always find her outside enjoying her beautiful view with coffee or wine. She also had a special love for her dogs, ZsaZsa and Fifi.

A typical Jersey girl at heart, she lit up any room with her infectious laugh. She was a mother figure to many and always made everyone feel loved and welcomed.

Nancys love for Christ was shown through her years of study of the scriptures and her desire to educate and enhance the lives of all whom she interacted with.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Junda, who passed away in 2014.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter: Anastasia Junda; son: Alexander Junda; mother: Lily Wadiak and brother: John Peter Wadiak
