Nancy C. Bachik

Nancy C. Bachik, 85, of Bethlehem, died Thursday December 24, 2009 at Pleasant View Retirement Community in Manheim, PA. Born on October 5, 1924 in Hazleton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Caroline Stauffer Schutter. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Michael Bachik.

She was employed by Robert Kilpatrick Jeweler, where she worked as a sales clerk for 14 years. She was a former member of Christ Church UCC and attended Wesley Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir. She was also a member of the Choralairs of Hazleton.

Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Michael, and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem where visitation will be held on Thursday December 31st from 10 to 11 a.m. A funeral service will follow beginning at 11 a.m. Entombment will be in the Bethlehem Memorial Park Mausoleum.
