Nancy Lorraine Schwartz

Nancy Lorraine Schwartz, 78, of Freemansburg, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at her home. She was the loving wife of Frank Schwartz for 52 years before his passing in 2018.

Born on January 18, 1945, in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Catherine (Trapp) and LeRoy Kuhns.

Nancy worked as a mechanical operator at B. Braun Medical for over 30 years. In her free time, she enjoyed trips to Lancaster, the beach, shopping, watching soap operas, and doing her word puzzles. She had a special love for her dog, Tiny, who will miss her dearly. Above all, Nancy was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother---she loved her family, and they loved her. She was caring, compassionate, loving, kind and extremely fun to be around. Everyone who knew and loved Nancy will miss her tremendously.

Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Johnell and Melissa Schwartz; grandchildren, Matthew and Hannah; brother, David Kuhns; sister, Margaret Effting; sister-in-law, Lynn Kuhns; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy is preceded in death by her brother, LeRoy “Sonny” Kuhns.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
