Olga C. Kubaritz

Olga C. Kubaritz, 93, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Fellowship Community in Whitehall. She was born June 16, 1923 in Salisbury Twp.; daughter of the late Conrad and Anna (Sever) Windisch. Olga was preceded in death by her husband, John Kubaritz.

Olga was a parishioner of Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Seniors Group. She was a wonderful baker and a talented seamstress, having worked at Surefit. Olga was a strong woman, who dedicated her life to her family and took great pride in keeping her house impeccable.

She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Rita Kubaritz of Whitehall and Susan Schemmel and her husband, John of Texas; and two grandchildren, Peter and his wife, Saima of Scotland and William of Texas. Olga was predeceased by her sister, Elsie Adams and brother, Geza Windisch.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Monday at Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 730 W. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fellowship Community Presidential Scholarship, 3000 Fellowship Dr. Whitehall, PA 18052.
