Olga Boruch Mironik, 89 , of the Phoebe Home, Allentown formerly of Fountain Hill died on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Phoebe Home Nursing & Rehab Center in Allentown, PA. She was born in Palmerton and was the daughter of the late Onufrey and Anna Demchyshym Boruch, and the wife of John Mironik who died December 12, 1992.
Olga worked for the former August F. Neilson Mfg. Co. as a sewing machine operator retiring in the 1980's with over 30 years of service. She was a member of Ss Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Bethlehem. Olga was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and was devoted to her family.
Olga will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Yvonne O. Boykoff and her husband Theodore of Califon, NJ, two granddaughters, Denise Mickle of Allentown, and Danielle Spitale and her husband David of Emmaus, one grandson Clifton Dennis and his wife Lisa of Saylorsburg, five great grandsons, Kevin Mickle of Blandon, PA, Tyler Mickle of Allentown, C.J. Dennis of Saylorsburg, PA, Brandon and Ryan Spitale of Emmaus, and great granddaughter Mikayla Dennis of Saylorsburg, PA, two sisters Mary Spadt of Slatington, and Helen of OH. Olga is predeceased by two brothers Wasyl and Paul Boruch.
Visitation will be at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Ponahida at 10 AM followed by burial Service at SS Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church 1140 Johnston Dr., Bethlehem, PA 18017 on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 11AM. Burial following service at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown, PA.
