Olga Strawn, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday November 24, 2015. She is going home to Carl. Aunt Olga, as she was known to everyone who knew her, will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. In life we loved you dearly. In death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place no one else will ever fill. She was born on July 31, 1926 in Bethlehem, daughter of the late Peter and Ida (Baller) Nagy. She was the wife of the late Carl Strawn who died in 2001. Olga worked as a noon aide at the Donegan Elementary School in Bethlehem for over 20 years and adored the children at the school. She was a member of St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church. She loved to travel and she also enjoyed doing house work for several of her nieces.
She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Helen Davies, Dorothy Nagy, and Ethel Everett all of Hellertown. She was predeceased by her sisters, Irene, Anna and Margaret, and brothers, James, Peter, William and Charles.
Graveside services will be held 9am Monday November 30, 2015 at the Union Cemetery in Hellertown, Pa. Memorial contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice 2166 S. 12th St. Allentown, Pa. 18103 or St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church 617 E. 4th St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18015.
