Ottilia Nakata

Ottilia ?Tillie? Nakata, 79, of Bethlehem died Monday July 23, 2007 at St. Luke?s Hospital. She was the daughter of the late George and Mary Kufrovich. She was married to Edward Nakata for 43 years.

Tillie was a member of Asumption BVM Catholic Church in Colesville. She worked at AT&T as a layout operator for 40 years. She was also the President of the Allentown Club for AT&T.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Edward, daughter, Valerie wife of Karl Bennett of Madison, Wisconsin, brothers; John of Bethlehem and Robert of Center Valley, sisters; Monica of Lancaster and Patricia of Mahanoy City. She will also be lovingly remembered by her four grandchildren; Stephanie, Jennifer, Rachel, and Daniel.

She was preceded in death by her brothers George, Anthony, and Cyril and one sister Rose.

Services: A viewing will be held Wednesday July 25, 2007 at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA from 7-9pm and again Thursday morning from 8:15-9:15 am in the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home Thursday July 26, 2007 at 9:15am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Assumption BVM Catholic Church 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18015.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church or for the retirement fund for the School Sisters of St. Francis 395 Bridle Path Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18017.
