Patrick D. Guman

Patrick "Pat" D. Guman, 72, of Northampton, died on Friday, January 18, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Bethlehem, the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Churilla) Guman. He was the loving husband of Regina A. (Spevak) Guman. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this past October.

Pat was an avid sports fan and was a member of the 1957 Fountain Hill High School State Championship basketball team. He worked as a Lead Expeditor for Air Products and Chemicals for 37 years, retiring in 1995.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Regina "Jean"; his two sons, Scott P. Guman and his wife, Lori, and David J. Guman and his wife, Mary Ann, all of Bethlehem; his two brothers, Joseph and Gerald Guman; sisters, Martha Chase and Kathleen Ammend; his grandchildren, Scott, Jr., Samuel, Tyler, Nathan, Jordan, Abigail, Elizabeth and Caroline and his great-grandson, Tyler, Jr. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 11 AM at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM in the church. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
