Paul John Stefancin

Paul John Stefancin, 81, of Bethlehem Township, died on February 11, 2021. He was born February 1, 1940 in Bethlehem; son of the late John Frank and Vera Nancy (Saharuk) Stefancin. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Jean P. (Ziatyk) Stefancin in 1993 and his daughter, Paula Stefancin-Pinnix in 2018.

Paul proudly served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps aboard the USS Boxer during the Bay of Pigs Invasion. He worked for the Bethlehem Steel Corp. until the plant closure. Paul later worked part-time for the Northampton County Parks at Louise Moore Park. He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Paul is survived by extended family, neighbors, and friends.

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 9-10 a.m. with a service to follow in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Due to restrictions a limited number of guests will be permitted in the building at one time and masks must be worn upon entry. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Lukes Hospice, 240 Union Station Plaza, 1st Floor, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
