Paul L. Moser

Paul L. Moser, 89, of Fountain Hill died on February 19, 2014 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg. Husband of Pauline (Harman) Moser. Born in Fountain Hill on July 26, 1924, Paul was the son of the late Harvey and Laura (Litz). He was employed at the P.B.N.E. railroad at the Bethlehem Steel until his retirement. He was a radioman 3rd class on a PT boat in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He attended school in Salisbury Township and graduated from Fountain Hill High School in 1942. He also attended Rider College and the Kansas City Business School, where he met his wife. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in August 2013. Paul loved to visit Wildwood NJ, golf and spend time with his many children and grandchildren.

Survivors: son Jeffery and wife Connie; daughter Rebecca Piltman, wife of Joseph; daughter Lou Ann Suborits, wife of Paul; son Gregory, husband of Suzan, and daughter Michele Deegan, wife of William: 8 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

The cremation was entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018, where family will receive friends on Friday, February 21, 2014 from 6-8 PM and again on Saturday from 10-11 AM immediately followed by a memorial service at 11 AM in the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, send donations to St. Ursula Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill, PA 18015.
