Paul S. Raphael, M.D.

Dr. Paul S. Raphael, M.D., resident of Bethlehem, PA, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2021 in the presence of his loving wife, Elvira Raphael. He was the son of the late Attorney Aaron Raphael and Lucille Raphael.

Paul was a graduate of Cornell University School of Liberal Arts, class of 1961 with a major in history. He graduated from the University of Bologna Medical School in 1969. His specialties include Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In his free time, Dr. Raphael enjoyed golfing, reading books and playing his guitar.

Dr. Raphael is survived by his wife of 24 years, Elvira; three stepchildren and five grandchildren, Kyliecia, Matthew, Dominic, John, and Makayla.

Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
