Peter A. Corby

Peter A Corby, 45 , of Allentown, died Friday, September 26, 2008 at St.Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem.

Peter was the son of Robert T. Corby of Bethlehem and the late Bertha E. Braxmeier Corby and the husband of Laura A. Good Corby of Allentown with whom he celebrated their 19th anniversary in May of this year.

Peter was a plane refueler at Lehigh Valley International Airport for Lehigh Valley Avaition for 20 years before going on disability. Peter was a 1981 graduate of Liberty High School and a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church of Bethlehem.

Peter will be lovingly remembered by his wife Laura, father Robert T. Corby of Bethlehem, a brother Robert T. Corby, Jr. and wife Marcie of Bethlehem and a sister Mary L. Tylenda and husband Richard of Ridgewood, NJ and five nieces and six nephews and one great niece and nephew.

Friends may call on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Wednesday, October 1, 2008 from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad St., Bethlehem. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church of Bethlehem, 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem, October 1, 2008 at 10:00 AM.
