Peter E. Biedenkopf

Peter E. Biedenkopf, 65, of Bethlehem died on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at his home. He was born May, 15, 1951 in Sag Harbor, NY; son of the late John and Eva (Beer) Biedenkopf. Peter is survived by his devoted wife of 41 years, Cynthia (Holzman) Biedenkopf; his brother, John of Germany; and his brother-in-law, Briant Holzman.

Peter attended Penn State University. He served as a Validation Manager with Sanofi Pasteur in Swiftwater, PA. He earned the high ranking of Black Belt in Continuous Improvement during his 16 years at Sanofi Pasteur. Peter enjoyed nature and being outdoors, particularly when he was skiing, hiking, cycling or golfing. He was an avid music fan and enjoyed attending Musikfest every year. Peter enjoyed working in the yard, was a talented electrician, and took great pride in his own home repairs.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 8:00-9:15 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18018. Interment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
