Philip J. Panarelli

Philip J. Panarelli, Jr., 67, of Allentown, died on Saturday, April 05, 2014. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Philip and Theresa (Szvetecz) Panarelli. He was the loving husband of Shawn (Qualley) Panarelli.

Philip was employed by the former Western Electric for 34 years, retiring as a supervisor. He was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Purple Heart Foundation, American Legion and the Marine Corps League of Easton.

He will be lovingly remembered by: his wife, Shawn; daughters, Lisa Panarelli, wife of Anthony Saby, Nicole, wife of Patrick McMonagle ; step-daughters, Jena, wife of Josh Radcliffe, Amanda Young; grandchildren, Lawson and Logan Saby , Declan and Daniel McMonagle and baby Cole Radcliffe to be born in June.

Viewing hours will be held on Monday, April 7th from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. A 10 a.m. graveside service will be held on Tuesday at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St., Bethlehem.
