Philip L. Hurst

Philip L. Hurst, 64, of Bath, died on Thursday September 16, 2011. Born in Lock Haven, PA on September 7, 1947, he was the son of the late Louis and Reita Hennesey Hurst. He was the husband of the late Carole Mary Siftar Hurst who died in 1993.

He was employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for the past 27 years, a member of St. John's Windish Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, and a veteran of the Air Force.

He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Scott P. Hurst and partner Diane of PA; brothers, Christopher Hurst of Sweden, Joseph and Terrance Hurst of Lock Haven, PA; sisters, Judy Hurst of NYC, and Mary Joe Cook of OH; as well as additional family, Denise, Rocky, Nicole Rose, Gabriella Michelle Doto; and his cousins the Coyle family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, where viewing hours will be held on Friday September 23rd from 6 to 8 p.m. All other services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
