Philip Posivak

Philip A Posivak, 73, of Ft. Pierce, FL; died on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at Indian River Memorial Hospital.

He was born Allentown, the son of Ellen M. Sauers Posivak of Bethlehem and the late Andrew J. Posivak and was a Bethlehem resident until the late 1990s when he moved to Ft. Pierce Florida.

Philip is survived by his wife Hilde L. of Ft. Pierce, FL.

He was a graduate of Holy Infancy Catholic School and Bethlehem Catholic High School and joined the U.S. Air Force after graduation where he proudly served his country, serving in Germany during the Korean War.

Philip was a purchasing Agent for the former Bethlehem Fabricators and retired in 1993.

He was a member of the National Sokols, American Legion of Hellertown, Catholic Sokols and he was a also a member of the Elks in both Bethlehem

and Florida.

Philip was also preceded in death by his first wife, Lorraine M. Posivak.
