Raymond F. Stofanak

Raymond F. Stofanak, 83, of Bethlehem passed away on Saturday January 7, 2012 at Muhlenberg Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa. He was born on January 20, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Paul and Margaret Stofanak Stofanak He was the husband of Joanne Katrinak Stofanak. They were married for 57 years this past September 25th.

Raymond worked in the #3 open hearth electric furnace for Bethlehem Steel for over 37 years retiring in 1990. He was a member of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish in Bethlehem. Raymond was devoted to his family especially his grandchildren.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, son, Raymond J. Stofanak of Pittsburgh, daughter, Kathleen Kaufmann wife of Edward of Allentown, brother, John Stofanak of Bethlehem, sister, Frances Goc of Slovakia, and 5 grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a sister, Mary Straka, and a brother Ladislav Stofanak

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Thursday January 12, 2012 at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18015. A viewing will be from 8:30AM -10AM at the church. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church.
