Regina Jamiolkowski

August 3, 1921 — January 20, 2011

Regina Zelasko Jamiolkowski, 89, of Bethlehem Township, died on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at St.Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem. She was born in Sugar Notch, Luzerne County, PA and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Veronica Yasinski Zelasko and the widow of the late Chester ?Reds? Jamiolkowski who died September 30, 2006 with whom she was married to for 59 years.

Regina was a machine operator for the former Champion Spark Plug Co. retiring in 1982 after 30 years of service. She was a member of the U.A.W. and a member of the Bethlehem Township Autumn Club. Regina was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Regina will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Karen A Jamiolkowski Cote and husband James of Dunlap, Ill., Son-Chet Jamiolkowski, Jr. and his wife Marianne of Atkinson, N.H., Sister-Helen Maslanka of Nazareth, Pa., five grandchildren, Brian, Kristen, Jodi, Jamie and Michel and five great-grandchildren-Joshua, Jacob, Elisa Luna, Amalia and Lainey.

Regina is predeceased by seven brothers, Bernard, Anthony, Benjamin, Joseph, Alfred, Frank, and Edmund Zelasko and a sister Genevieve Donchez.

Visitation will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1817 First St., Bethlehem, PA 18020 on Saturday, January 22, 2011 from 10-11am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial1 at 11am.
