Regina “Jean” M. Angerman, 79, of Hanover Township died, Monday, February 20, 2023 at Lehigh Valley
Hospital-Muhlenberg Campus. Born in Nazareth she was the daughter of the late Robert and Orthia
(Heyer) Reilly. She was married to her High School sweetheart, “Eddie”, Edward J. Angerman, Jr. with
whom she would have celebrated 58 years of marriage this coming May 29th.
Jean graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School Class of 62.
She worked privately as a hairdresser for many years out of her home.
She loved to travel, visiting more than 20 countries around the world as well as traveling all over the U.S.
Jean lived life to the fullest. She loved listening to music, playing piano, gardening, and competing in
fierce games of Scrabble with her sisters or a relaxing game of Monopoly with her grandchildren. She had a way of making everyone around her happy.
She was the life of the party, quick to laugh, slow to judge, had endless love and passion for her family, friends, and her beloved grandchildren, and had a hopelessly positive outlook on life. Through good times and bad, she always said to us that we shouldnt worry so much because “Itll all work out”. And for the most part, everything did work out.
For the last 12 years, some of her most cherished memories were made on the Angerman family
beach trips to various towns in New Jersey and Delaware. The family asks that you spend time with your children, take a walk on the beach with your loved ones and to make a toast to lifelong friends and family.
She was also very proud of being a universal blood donor, providing much needed Type O negative blood. Her family would also like to encourage others to donate a pint of blood in her memory.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Edward “Eddie” J. Angerman, Jr., children; Edward (Sue), of Northampton, PA, Douglas (Jessica) of Morrison, CO, Christine Kozelnicky (Dan) of Bethlehem, Pa, Eileen Kehoe (Lochlann) of Wilmington, DE, and her siblings Jimmy, John, Thomas, Orthia, Joan, Kathleen, and Maryellen. She will also be remembered by seven grandchildren; Jared, Zach, Julia, Jack, Liam, Maddy, and Summer, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Rita and nephew, “Little” Michael.
Services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers,
memorial contributions may be made in Jeans name to the Arthritis Foundation, P.O. Box 96280,
