Rjean Z. Kirouac, 62, of Fountain Hill, died on Monday, June 30, 2014 at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born May 5, 1952 in Dolbeau, Qubec, Canada; son of the late Joseph Kirouac and Rita Coulombe of Canada. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa W. Noraka.
Rjean was a graduate of mechanical engineering school in Qubec City. He was a flight engineer for Global International where he flew 707 airplanes. He worked for Wainwright Travel for many years and was the owner and operator of Atlantic Gas Station. Rjean was truly a jack of all trades; and master of all. He will forever be remembered for his keen sense of humor which always lit up the room.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Theresa; mother, Rita; sister, Guylaine Campbell and her husband, Jim of Bath; brothers, Alain, Gatan, Bertrand, Mario, Christian and Guy all of Canada; his stepson, Christopher Noraka and his wife, Amy of Silverthorne, CO as well as his grandchildren Tyler and Sage and his nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 6, 2014 from 4 to 5 PM at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem PA 18018 with a service to follow at 5 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Lukes Palliative Care Group, 801 Ostrum St. Bethlehem, PA 18015.
