Richard "Dick" Teti

April 8, 1942 — September 9, 2022

Richard “Dick” Teti, of Allentown, passed away on September 9, 2022. Born on April 8,1942, he grew up in Philadelphia where he graduated from St. Thomas More Catholic High School and Drexel University.

Before beginning his career, Richard served in the US Army as both active duty and a reservist.

He then worked for over 50 years as an accountant for various car dealerships from Philadelphia to Slatington. He was a standout in his field and it was these skills that brought him and the love of his life, Chrystal, together in 1990. After a working lunch they began dating and later married in 1992, celebrating their 30th anniversary this past April.

When he wasnt crunching the numbers with his perfect penmanship, Richard was greeting you with the biggest smile, telling some dad jokes, and spending time with the people and puppies he loved so dearly.

Richard was preceded in death by his brother, William “Bill” Teti. He will be lovingly remembered by many including his wife, Chrystal (Kobli) Teti; daughter, Christie Teti; daughter, Meghen (Kobli) Ehrich, her husband Chris, his two grandsons, Jack and William; and his sister-in-law, Pam Stocker.

Calling hours will be on Saturday, October 8 from 10:00 - 11:00 am at Connell Funeral Home 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. The Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 am at the same location.
