Robert G. "Ziggy" Zigrai

Robert G. “Ziggy” Zigrai, 75, of Fountain Hill, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at St. Lukes Hospice House. Born in Bethlehem on July 26, 1938; he was the son of the late George and Rose (Pongracz) Zigrai.

He was a 1956 graduate of Liberty High School and veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked as a glass blower for the former ITT, Easton. He was a member of the Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, Bethlehem.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Georgene Zigrai, with whom he resided; several cousins; and his beloved canine companion, Heidi

Viewing hours will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, on Tuesday December 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday in the church from 9 to 10 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 or the St. Lukes Hospice House, Attn: Development Office, 801 Ostrum St. Bethlehem, PA 18015.
