Robert W. Fulton

Robert W. Fulton, 94, formerly of Wilson Boro, died Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Old Orchard Health Care Services in Easton. Born September 21, 1913 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Robert W. and Louise Quick Fulton. He was the loving husband of the late Rose Anne Fortunato Fulton who died in 1998.

Robert was a graduate of Phillipsburg, High School where he played football and baseball. He worked as a route salesman for 30 years for Bond Bakery and 10 years for Schiables Bakery, retiring in 1978.

Robert was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who always placed his family first. He was an usher for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wilson Boro; and enjoyed volunteering for many church activities and was a member of the church council for many years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Robert L. Fulton & his wife Suzanne of Bethlehem; daughter, Rosemarie, wife of Richard Hartzell of Pennsburg; five grandchildren, Cathy Sweeney, Joanne Sonn, Kimberly Pipon, Robert Fulton & Erin Fulton and six great-grandchildren, Ryan Sweeney, Delaney & Tyler Pipon, Cole Fulton, Nicholas & Evan Sonn. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Fulton

Services: A Funeral Service will be held, Monday, October 15, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem. Visitation will be Sunday, October 14, 2007 from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Gethsemane Cemetery, in Easton.

Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2115 Washington Blvd.
