Rosa Agosto Rivera

Rosa “Luly” Agosto Rivera, 46, of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Tuesday February 9,2021 at St. Lukes Hospice House in Bethlehem. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Rosa Rivera and Ernesto Agosto of TX. She was the wife of Dereck Mercado. They were married for 7 yrs. this past December 14th. Luly loved life and always had a positive attitude and smile on her face. She had a vibrant and fun personality and was always a supportive advocate for those she cared for. Luly also enjoyed painting, baking and singing.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dereck, sons, Anthony Joseph Lopez and wife Kimberly Rivera, and Joseph Anthony Lopez and wife Ashley Daniels, grandchildren, Michelangelo R. Lopez, Liam Lee Lopez, and Lou Maria Lopez, brothers, Ernesto Agosto Jr. and wife Carmen Merced, and Joseph Agosto and wife Annette Agosto, sister, Sulane Agosto, cousin, Heidy Ruiz who was her best friend and biggest supporter, and beloved dog, Lupita.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11am on Friday February 12, 2021 at the Iglesia Smirna del Senor, El Tabernaculo 1537 E. 6th St. Bethlehem, PA
