Rosalie A. Grimmer

Rosalie A. Grimmer, 87, of Bethlehem died Friday, November 10, 2017 at Country Meadows in Bethlehem Township. Born November 26, 1929 in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Anna (Talaber) and Joseph Shamenek. She was married to Herman Grimmer, Jr. for 42 years until his death on September 15, 1995.

Rosalie was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. She was employed by the Bethlehem Steel Corporation prior to starting her family. She dedicated herself to raising her daughters and always put others before herself.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Susan Check wife of Barry, Mary Beth Linsenmann, Judith A. Casso wife of Joseph and Roseann Glover wife of John. Grandchildren, Kristen Kline wife of Adam, Matthew Check, Joseph Linsenmann, VII husband of Caitlin, Jon Linsenmann and fianc Emily Fithian, Nicholas J. Casso, and Christopher and Andrew Glover, and a great-grandson, Nathan Kline. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sally Grimmer and a son-in-law Joseph Linsenmann,VI.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Notre Dame Catholic Church 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 10 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers Contributions may be made in Rosalies name to the Alzheimer's Association 617 A Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055.
