Rose A. Morano

Rose A. Morano, of Bethlehem, died Sunday May 25, 2008 at Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Angela Ummarino Morano. She was a member of Our Lady of Pompeii of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Bethlehem. She worked in the garment industry for many years retiring in 1985 and was a member of the I.L.G.W.U. She was an excellent cook and baker, specializing in kiffles, nut roll and poppy seed roll.

She will be lovingly remembered by: sisters, Isabelle Morano Service and Mary M. Morganello and her husband Matthew; nephews, Domenic Morano and his wife Marie and Matthew F. Morganello; niece, Angela Kirkpatrick and her husband Eric; four great nieces, two great nephews, five great-great nieces and two great-great nephews. She was preceded in death by: sisters, Anna Kozel and Frances Cirroco; brother, Vincent Morano.
