Rose H. Spirk

Rose H. Spirk, 97, of Lenhartsville, passed away in her home on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. She was the wife of Albert J. Spirk; they celebrated their 75th Anniversary last November. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Bertha (Baron) and Michael Sorokas. Rose worked as a Beautician for many years. She was a member of: St. Ursula Catholic Church, the Ladies Guild, the Golden Hillers, and the National Sokols.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Bill Spirk & his wife Susan of Lenhartsville; daughters, Gloria Wilson & her husband Robert of S.C., and Nancy Heller & her husband Leon of Bethlehem; 7 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary J. Bruno.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 24th from 9 to 10 a.m. at St. Ursula Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill, 18015. A 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow with burial at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Ursula Memorial Fund and sent to the church.
