Rose M. Brady

Rose M. Brady, 78, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Born in Danville, PA; she was the daughter of the late Mary (McDonnell) and Edward Dormer. She was the wife of the late John J. “Duffy” Brady who died in 2009; they were married 52 years. Rose retired from St. Lukes Hospital where she was an x-ray supervisor. She was a member of the Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church and will always be remembered for her devotion to her family.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters: Paula Haurie, Eileen Connelly and husband, Timothy and Beth Bronson and husband, Bill; sons, John E. Brady and wife, Sue and Patrick Brady and wife, Trina; sister, Mary Ellen Rippert and husband, Ted; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Viewing hours will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, on Monday, Jan 18, from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Tuesday, Jan 19, from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. A 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the Notre Dame Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
