Rose M. Smith

Rose M. Smith, 93, of Allentown, died on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Edna (Silfies) and Daniel Gentilcore. She was the loving wife of the late Ezra J. Smith.

After graduating from Fountain Hill High School, Rose worked for Smith and Peiffly Inc. for 25 years. She was a caring person who loved life.

Rose was preceded in death by her sister Philomena and her brothers, John and Carl.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 9:15-10:15 a.m. with a funeral service to begin at 10:15 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2024 Lehigh St. Suite 100, Allentown, PA 18103.
