Roseanne B. Leary

Roseanne B. ?Ro? Leary, 58, of Bethlehem passed away on Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She and her husband, Thomas P. Leary, were married on the 13th of August in 1982. She was the daughter of the late Frederick Hussar and Eleanor Fistner Hussar Kacar. She was also predeceased by her step father Andrew Kacar.

She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Ro was a 1971 graduate of Freedom High School and an avid Phillies fan. Watching her Phillies helped her through this past year. She gave countless hours as a dedicated volunteer at Northeast Little League. Ro took great pride in and truly cherished her role as babysitter, ?Best Friend? and ?Ro Ro? to Aubrey.

She will be lovingly missed by her husband Tom, sons Todd J. Blum and Thomas P.?t? Leary all at home, her sister Donna and her husband Robert Yurko and their son Justin, who is Ro?s godson. She was predeceased by her son Jason Blum in 1994.

The family will receive friends and relatives at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem on Tuesday tonight, Jan. 25 from 6pm ? 8pm. An additional calling hour will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 26 in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church from 10am ? 11am. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
