Ruth M. Takacs

Ruth M. Takacs, 92, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Emma (Barta) Halleman; and wife of the late Stephen P. Takacs.

She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Applegate and her husband, F. Lewis; and grandsons, Jason & Cody Takacs. She was predeceased by her sons, David & Robert Takacs; and her granddaughter, Amy Lepley.

A viewing will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, on Monday, August 20, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by a 12 p.m. funeral service, in the funeral home, with burial at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
