Ryan P Sporka

Ryan P. Sporka, 36, of Bethlehem died on Monday, March 22, 2010 in Bethlehem. He and his wife, Marcella L. Keiper Sporka, were married on Feb. 14, 2003. Born in Norristown, PA, Ryan is the son of Ronald A. and Patricia L. Bonnage Sporka of Bethlehem.

Ryan graduated from Freedom H.S in 1992, where he excelled at football, wrestling and baseball, and Moravian College in 1996 where he wrestled. He was a dedicated member of the Bethlehem YMCA and an avid hunter and fisherman. He truly enjoyed his many friends and loved his family more than words can describe.

For the last 10 years he was employed by Glaxo Smith Kline. He held the position of Senior Executive Therapeutic Professional. Ryan was successful at his job because of his solid business sense, work ethic, sense of humor and his ability to make people feel good. Glaxo recognized Ryan's efforts with the Diamond Winner's Circle in 2005 and the Emerald Winner's Circle in 2007.

Ryan will be lovingly missed by his wife, Marcella, their children Ella, Hunter and Gracie all at home, his parents Ron & Pat Bonnage Sporka of Bethlehem, his sister Keri, her husband Scott Markle and their daughters Carli and Ava, all of Bethlehem Twp., his wife's parents Barbara and Glenn Keiper of Bethlehem and his brother-in-law Matthew of Emmaus. He was predeceased by his brother Drew in 1993.

Services to celebrate Ryan's life will be 11:00am on Saturday, March 27, 2010 in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am-11:00am. Burial will follow in Nisky Hill Cemetery, Bethlehem.
