Sandra M. Leary

Sandra M. “Sandy” Leary, 66, of Coopersburg, formerly of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at St. Lukes HospitalUpper Bucks.

Born on January 25, 1956, in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Margaret (Lang) Makos.

A graduate of Liberty High Schools Class of 1973, Sandy went on to work in sales at Hesss Department Store, then later joined the clerical team at Weight Watchers. She finished her career with Giant food stores.

Outside of work, Sandy was a member St. Josephs Parish, Bethlehem, until they closed. She was also active in various bowling leagues.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Sandy will be lovingly remembered by her sister: Patricia Crane and her husband, Jeffrey; and her niece Danielle Weaver and her husband, Aaron.

A viewing will be held at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, on Monday, November 14, 2022, from 10:00am until the time of the funeral service, in the funeral home, at 11:00am.

Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
