Scott J. Stephens

Scott J. Stephens, 70, of Bethlehem passed away in his home on September 14, 2021. He was born on February 16, 1951 the son of the late Elizabeth B. (Gibbons) and Donald J. Stephens. He was the loving husband of Shirley A. (Heft) Stephens.

Scott was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church and a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus, council 6624. He enjoyed Penn State, Notre Dame and Eagles football.

Scott is survived by his wife of 35 years Shirley A. Stephens; daughter, Nicole Smith (Jeremy Bauer); sister, Beth Sell (Terry); brother, Kevin Stephens (Arlene); grandchildren, Amber and Ashley; great grandchildren, Everly and Sophia and nephews Stephen, Bradley and Ashton.

A calling hour will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Notre Dame Catholic Church 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the Church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
