Sean F. Harrigan

Sean F. Harrigan, 21, of Bethlehem, died on Friday July 22, 2011. Born in Bethlehem on February 28, 1990; he was the son of Daniel and Therese Rucker Harrigan of Bethlehem.

Sean was a graduate of Freedom High School, Class of 2008. He loved being active and playing sports; playing ice hockey for both Freedom High School and the Allentown Comets, swimming for Freedom, and both Stones Crossing and Northwest swim clubs. He also skied, snowboarded and kayaked in his free time. He had completed his certification in commercial diving and was currently in school at the Welder Training and Testing Institute. He was employed by Manor Care Health Services.

He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Dan and Therese, brothers, Patrick and Connor of Bethlehem; maternal grandmother, Joan Rucker of Bethlehem; and paternal grandfather, Robert Harrigan of Chagrin Falls, OH. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Rucker; and grandmother, Dorothy Harrigan.

Viewing hours will be held, in the funeral home, on Wednesday July 27th from 9 to 11 a.m. A funeral service will follow beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Nisky Hill Cemetery, Bethlehem.
