Sheila T. Soldo

Sheila Theresa Soldo, 85, of Bethlehem passed away peacefully at home on January 25, 2023. She was born in Mountain Top, PA, the daughter of the late Alexander and Marjorie Young. She was the wife of the late John W. Soldo. Sheila was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. She was a member of Ss. Simon & Jude Catholic Church and worked at the Bethlehem Globe-Times and in the cafeteria of the Bethlehem School District. Sheila was an avid Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies and PSU football fan. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, John B. Soldo of Owensboro, KY and wife Dr. Catherine Soldo, Kevin Soldo of Bethlehem, and Jeffrey Soldo of Easton and wife Lori Soldo, grandchildren, Dr. Jerome Soldo and Christiane Soldo, brother, Edward (Ted) Young, and sister, Barbara Matuczinski.

A viewing will be held from 9:30am-10:45am Wednesday February 1, 2023, at Ss. Simon & Jude Catholic Church 730 W. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11am at the church. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
